Roof Survey (Drone Survey)

At Eagle Surveyors, our Roof Survey uses drone technology to provide a clear and comprehensive review of your roof’s condition. This stand-alone inspection is perfect for properties where the roof cannot be easily inspected from the ground or requires a more detailed assessment.

Is a Roof Survey Right for Me?

A Roof Survey is ideal if you need reassurance about the roof’s condition, especially if you’re not expecting significant issues. It’s particularly useful for roofs that are difficult to access or require a thorough inspection before buying, leasing, or managing a property.

What Will My Report Look Like?

Our reports are clear, concise, and written in plain English. You’ll receive your report via email within 7 to 10 working days. We also ensure our team is available to answer any final questions you may have.

No-Fly Zones

Unfortunately, we cannot perform drone surveys in No-Fly Zones (NFZ) regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), such as areas near airports and military airspaces in Northern Ireland. Restricted airspaces include areas around Belfast International Airport, George Best Belfast City Airport, Aldergrove Military Airspace, and City of Derry Airport. If you’re unsure whether your property is within a restricted airspace, please contact us at enquiries@eaglesurveyors.com to discuss your needs.

What Does the Roof Survey Include?

Our Roof Survey offers a detailed analysis of the roof’s current condition, using high-resolution drone imagery to identify any wear, potential leaks, or structural issues. This service provides:

Detailed Roof Analysis: Identifies any concerns like wear, leaks, or damage.

Negotiation Tool: Ideal for buyers or leaseholders, the report can help negotiate repairs or adjustments before finalizing deals.

Advanced Drone Technology: Provides a complete bird’s-eye view, uncovering issues that traditional inspections may miss.

Cost Savings: Early identification of potential problems allows for preventive measures, saving you money on future repairs.

Property Value: Ensuring the roof is in good condition can enhance property value.

Insurance Insights: Assesses any risks related to the roof that may affect insurance.

Peace of Mind: Gives you confidence in the roof’s condition, whether buying, leasing, or maintaining.

Maintenance Planning: Enables better planning for future roof maintenance.

Our Drone Roof Survey can be carried out as a stand-alone inspection or as part of a Level 2 Home Buyer Survey, Level 3 Full Building Survey, or Listed Building Survey. This allows us to provide an even more thorough evaluation of your property, particularly for older or complex buildings where roof access is challenging.
